Allscripts is the health record system for UT Physicians. Allscripts contains data on patients seen in outpatient UT clinics, including laboratory data. Allscripts does not contain information on patients seen in an inpatient setting. Tables of commonly requested information are presented. Data are loaded into the CDW nightly.
