Academic Data Warehouse
The Academic Data Warehouse (ADW) is a collection of clerkship and exam outcomes for students enrolled at UT McGovern Medical School. The ADW comprises three sources of data:
One45 contains data about student schedules and course rotations, assessment forms and evaluations (including feedback from faculty and peers), student grades, clinical encounter logs where students record patient interactions, and detailed comments that go into performance letters for residency applications.
B-Line is an observed clinical skills system that standarizes patients by clerkship. The data includes evaluations (of students and residents), pre-clerkship information, clinical skills examinations, and more.
National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) contains scores for students across the following subjects: Modular Family Medicine Core, Modular Family Medicine CCM, Internal Medicine, Clinical Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Surgery.
The years of coverage for each of these datasets is tabulated below.
